Because all Calm Paperwork products are digital downloads delivered immediately upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once the files have been delivered. This is standard for digital goods.

We will issue a full refund if:

• You were charged but never received your download links
• You were charged twice for the same order
• There is a significant technical defect in the template file that renders it unusable

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us at hello@calmpaperwork.com within 14 days of purchase with your order email address.

The following are not grounds for refund:

• You changed your mind after downloading
• A third party (airline, border agent, consulate) did not accept the document
• The template did not fit your specific situation
• You purchased the wrong template

If you cannot access your download links, please use our Re-Download page before contacting support. Links expire after 7 days from initial delivery but can be refreshed at any time.
